Girls of Strength
June 13th- July 20th
A strength and conditioning program specifically made for young females 8 - 18 years old. Not only will this program help build a solid fitness foundation, but will educate and empower young women to help them have confidence and strength they can carry with them into adulthood. Whether they are a first timer, an athlete, or a young female that wants to become more fit, Girls of Strength is for them! All fitness levels are welcome.
