Our special olymics powerlifting team is a dynamic program aimed at enhancing the athletic abilities and confidence of individuals with intellectual disabilities through powerlifting. Offering coaching in squat, bench press, and deadlift, the class emphasizes safety, proper technique, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Led by experienced adaptive sports coaches, it nurtures physical strength and fosters a sense of community among athletes, promoting mutual support and shared achievements.
