Functional Foundations is a fitness class open to all levels & abilities with a focus to build/improve on foundations in functional movement. Participants will learn proper technique, learn workout structuring/exercise coupling, improve flexibility, improve mobility, increase athleticism, and have funky good time in the process. 😋
