About the event
We are excited to announce our baseball summer program which will include:
- Baseball skill work led by O3 Baseball @The Yard Peoria
- Movement/strength session led by the trainers @The House Barbell Club next door.
24 sessions - Tuesday & Thursday for 6 weeks, running from June 29th - August 5th.
3 age groups to ensure all players get the most out of the camp using drills and movements that are tailored for each age group.
- Ages 14 (High School) - 10:00 am - 12:15pm
- Ages 11-13 - 10:00 am - 12:15pm
- Ages 8-10 - 12:15 - 2:00pm

The movement and strength session will benefit every athlete for any sport they play. The program will be directed with professional-level instruction and overseen by O3 Baseball & The House Barbell Club
