About the event
This year's deadlift party will consist of 2 different events.Â
Event 1 - each lifter will get 3 attempts to record their heaviest deadlift.
Event 2 - each lifter will get 1 attempt to lift their bodyweight for as many reps as possible.
Prizes will be awarded to top male & female lifters from both events.
Registration will get you a t-shirt and food for the event.Â
